Service | Preventative Maintenance | Service Checklist

Prior to every trip

  • check wheel lug torque
  • check tire wear & pressure
  • check battery condition

First Year

Spring

  • check roof, vents & sealant
  • gas test / carbon monoxide test
  • clean & adjust furnace electrodes
  • clean & adjust water-heater electrodes
  • clean & adjust fridge burner
  • check 12V & 110V systems
  • clean & adjust converter points
  • test & adjust brake control
  • test & adjust brakes if required
  • flush water system & test
  • check A/C fins & filter
  • flush holding tanks thoroughly and prep for use

Fall

  • check roof vents and reseal roof
  • inspect and reseal windows, compartments & vents as required
  • inspect and repack wheel bearings and adjust brake shoe diameter
  • winterize water system
  • service generator
  • check awnings for condition and proper operation

2nd Year

Spring

  • same as spring of 1st year
  • rotate tires and check for uneven wear
  • check and adjust cabinetry
  • check exterior for wear or damage

Fall

  • same as fall of 1st year
