Bucars RV Centre is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, suppliers and employees and ensuring that they know how their personal information is being used. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information about you may be collected, used, or disclosed as a consequence of you providing it to us. We urge you to read it carefully.

1. Types of Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It

From time to time we collect personal information from our customers in order to provide them with information on Bucars RV Centre or RVing in general.

This anonymous information cannot be traced to a specific individual User, but is used by Bucars RV Centre and our computer services providers simply to measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views, most popular preferences and other statistics about visitors to the Websites, to determine the ways in which Users prefer to use Bucars RV Centre's Website and services. b) RV Industry Marketing Information: Bucars RV Centre may enter into third party agreements, from time to time, with carefully selected third party businesses serving the recreational vehicle industry (including RV manufacturers, campgrounds and other outdoor recreation entities) to share User information so that they can provide our Customers with offers we think may interest them (such as information about RV products or services). These third parties will agree not to release this information to others or use it for any purpose other than as necessary to fulfill the agreement with Bucars RV Centre, unless first obtaining your explicit consent.

c) Surveys & Contests: From time-to-time our Website request information from Users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Personal information requested may include contact information, and demographic information (such as postal code and age level). Contact information will be used to conduct the survey or administer the contest (such as notifying selected entrants and winners, awarding prizes and promoting and advertising the contest or future promotions). Survey and demographic information will be used for the purposes of monitoring and improving the use and satisfaction of our Website and other Bucars RV Centre services.

d) Customer Service: Customers who have filled out a survey, entered a contest or other promotion, or requested a brochure or other information accept and acknowledge that they may be contacted by either mail, telephone or e-mail for customer service purposes, including conducting random surveys or updating a User's personal information.

5. Use of Cookies
Cookies are only used when a User logs onto the Bucars RV Centre Website. Cookies are small files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used to remember a User's preferences while the User is logged onto Bucars RV Centre and to facilitate navigating different pages on the Websites. This Privacy Policy applies to these Website in Canada. If you access this from outside Canada, you should make sure you do so in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

We continually monitor and strengthen our Privacy Policy and we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy we will post those changes here so that you will always know what personal information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
