November is that time of year when it’s time to pack our blessed RV for the winter after so many wonderful nights of camping splendor, or, for those lucky one’s, get prepared for a few sunny months south of the border. Bucars parts expert and department manager, Corey, has highlighted a few essential items for the fall season.
Service advisors: the Unsung Heros of the Service Department
We all know how daunting a visit to any service department can be. You buy a new or used unit and bango! – something acts up. Bucars customers can be rest assured that when a problem arises, our team of professional and courteous service advisors treat every issue with the utmost importance.
Our winterizing seminars were a complete success thanks to the great participants and eager staff on hand for the evenings. Everyone enjoyed a pre-seminar coffee, donut, and mingle before heading off to the enormous 16 bay service shop where guinea pig-RV’s were waiting to be worked on. Each participant had their chance at tackling the important job while being supervised and coached by our own qualified service technicians.
