Bill has owned and operated Bucars since 1989 and has never looked back. His devotion to his family is unparalleled, working many close years with his two sons Kyle and Jeff and creating a family value that is instilled throughout the dealership. Bill has over 40 years of management and business experience that began in the oil patch. He is an active member of the Calgary community supporting many organizations and local events including the Calgary Stampede and Rotary. Bill loves the outdoors and vividly remembers a Northern Alberta excursion with his family that created a magnificent sense of adventure and discovery; an experience he has passed on to many happy RV'ers. When he's not in the office, Bill can be found sailing pristine waters or golfing with his friends. |

Jeff Redmond

Jeff spent his entire childhood in and around the RV dealership. Today, he makes dreams come true for hundreds of families in Southern Alberta, providing for them an avenue for creating the most memorable moments of their lives. Now in Balzac, Jeff has helped build Bucars from its previous post in Calgary into the largest RV dealership in Canada. An avid, skier/snowboarder, ultimate Frisbee player and genuine family man, Jeff takes immense pleasure in accommodating any and all of the customer's buying needs.

Like his brother Jeff, Kyle too grew up eating and breathing everything RV. Kyle began working in the oil patch until he realized his true passion was helping make dreams come true for RV enthusiasts. Kyle's business sense and trustworthy nature is what makes him a great manager and fellow colleague. His vision has always been customer oriented and his values revolve around the family model. An active hockey player and ski buff, Kyle takes every opportunity and easily transforms it into a great time for everyone.

Paul Sinclair

Paul is a true family man. If he could, he'd spend all day watching football or ice-fishing with his two sons. This is because his most memorable camping trip was when he was a kid where he caught his first fish; a memory he hopes to pass on to his boys. Paul's 20-plus years in the RV industry began when his father worked for an RV manufacturer in Red Deer, Alberta, and later worked with Paul in setting up a shop of his own. Variety in his day is what Paul loves most about managing the service department, and when he's not troubleshooting RV glitches, you'll most certainly find him with his kids throwing the 'ol pig skin around.

After a decade of industry experience Doug is a veteran in his field. But his understanding doesn’t exclusively come from selling RVs, he draws from his personal experience as an RV’er himself. He says his best memories come from a trip he and his wife Antoinette took their children on in 2005. For nearly 6 weeks they traveled in their RV through Las Vegas, Nevada; Orangeland County in California to visit Disney, Knott’s Berry Theme Park and Universal Studios; and San Diego to visit the San Diego Zoo. From there they traveled to Yuma, Arizona where they spent Christmas and onto Puerto Penasco, Mexico where they spent the New Year. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and though his wife fought him on the idea claiming they couldn’t afford it, she now agrees they couldn’t afford not to. The kids are growing up far too quickly and opportunities like this may not come about twice.
